By using the Pixlum app ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the Terms, please do not use the App.
Use of the App
Use the App lawfully and responsibly. You agree not to:

- Infringe on the rights of others
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Transmit harmful, fraudulent, or spam content
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
We encourage parents and guardians to guide their children's use of the App.
Intellectual Property
- The App, including its content and features, is owned by Pixlum and protected by intellectual property laws.
- You retain full ownership of your original photos and the enhanced versions created through our App.
- By uploading photos, you grant us a limited license to process and enhance them as requested.
4. Privacy and Data Handling
Our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms, governs the collection, use, and handling of your information. We prioritize the security and privacy of your data.
Payments and Subscriptions
- All payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Prices for in-app purchases or subscriptions are displayed in the App and respective stores.
- Subscription management and cancellation are handled through your App Store or Play Store account.
- Refund requests must be directed to the respective app store, as we cannot process refunds directly.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
- The App is provided "AS IS" without any warranties, express or implied.
- Pixlum is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at our discretion. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
